Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered if the University of Waterloo has failed to deliver on the items in your order, or in the following scenarios:

  • You have submitted duplicate document orders in error, and the duplicate orders have not yet been processed, or
  • You require a change in the delivery method, and the original order has not yet been processed

To request your refund please contact the appropriate department, providing your order number, the reason for your refund request and appropriate supporting information, if necessary.
